• 6’ Table (tabletop exhibits with approximately 8’ wide x 10’ deep space. Pipe/drape not included) (Presenting Sponsor has a 10’ X 10” space. – Please DO NOT bring setups that are wider than specified, as it is unfair to the other exhibitors. Pipe/drape not included.
•  2 chairs
• Shared electrical/power throughout the exhibit hall (extension cords and power strips will not be provided; we suggest bringing your own to avoid paying hotel rental fees, as your booth could be as far as 8-10’ from the shared power)

• To request/rent any additional equipment at your own cost directly from the hotel A/V department, email   

• February 23rd- Booth location assignments to start. The main contact on your sponsor registration will be contacted in order first by sponsor level and next by registration date. 
• March 2nd - All assignments completed (if you are a Gold, Silver, or Exhibit Only, your location will be assigned, and you will only receive the final booth map). 
• March 6th - A final map will be sent to all exhibitors 

This location will only accept prepaid incoming shipments.
