Registration for the 2027 Mid America Lenders Conference (MALC) includes in-person attendance only. Virtual attendance is not available. Attendees agree to follow safety requirements communicated by the conference organizers or imposed by the host city or venue.
EventfullyYourz processes conference registration and sponsorship payments on behalf of NTAGGL. Credit card statements may show “EventfullyYourz Event Management” or a similar merchant description. NTAGGL reserves the right to cancel registrations or sponsorships that are not paid by the applicable due dates, retaining funds already received. Sponsors must pay in full within 15 days of registration or by February 26, 2027, whichever is sooner, to avoid loss of sponsorship benefits. Written cancellation requests received at MALC@eventfullyyourz.com by January 5, 2027, qualify for a 50% refund to the original payment method, and all sponsorship benefits are forfeited. Requests received on or after January 6, 2027, are not eligible for a refund; sponsors may retain their benefits if desired. Partial refunds are not available for choosing not to attend or not to use included benefits. Included sponsor attendees may be substituted through February 28, 2027.
Written cancellation requests for attendee, guest, or pre-conference training tickets received at MALC@eventfullyyourz.com by March 1, 2027, qualify for a full refund to the original payment method. Requests received on or after March 2, 2027, are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are permitted through March 1, 2027.
Non-sponsors may not host events on premises. Sponsor-hosted events must not overlap with the published MALC schedule and should be pre-approved by emailing MALC@eventfullyyourz.com.
Hotel reservations are separate and subject to the hotel’s cancellation terms. The MALC room block closes March 19, 2027, subject to availability. Review your booking confirmation before making travel changes.
