The General Session room will be equipped with a podium microphone. General sessions will not be recorded or streamed and only viewable by our LIVE audience (we will not have virtual attendees).
Each Breakout Room will be equipped with a projector, laptop, wireless slide advancer and projection screen. Breakouts will NOT be streamed LIVE or RECORDED as all attendees are in-person.
SPEAKERS must ARRIVE to your DESIGNATED MEETING ROOM within 15 minutes prior to the session start time and head to the FRONT of the room near the stage, at which time we will review all last-minute details with you.
